A real inter-frame video decoder loop rebuilt in WebGL with React Three Fiber and postprocessing: every frame is the previous frame warped by a velocity-buffer motion field plus a residual, and holding the trigger cuts the edit to a second shot while the decoder keeps the wrong reference picture. Two modes reproduce I-frame removal (melt) and P-frame duplication (bloom), with macroblock size, motion-vector precision and keyframe interval exposed as live parameters.
